First time doing a big event so I had no idea how well I would do, but Sponsivity made the whole lead-up and ride more fun.
I knew how much I would raise if I hit my milestones, that really helped me make it through the last 3 miles without walking.
The sponsorship challenges definitely pushed me through my training - my sponsors kept texting me for updates as the day grew nearer!
I didn't quite hit my target this time around (too many training problems!), but many of my sponsors still offered my target bonus. I'm sure I still ended up raising more using Sponsivity.
It puts the fun back in sponsorship - I received challenges from colleagues I haven't spoken to in years! My fundraising definitely reached more people this way.
I was hesitant to sign up for this event because I didn't want to ask my friends for money when they know I love to run, but I didn't feel guilty with Sponsivity - put your money where your mouth is!
